Does anyone know of a process that I can use to validate ship to address information for sales order

Looking for ideas how we can automatically validate the "ship to" address on our sales orders.  We have a large volume of orders in which we "override" the ship to address as requested by our customer.  These orders are shipped direct to our customer's customer and they provide the physical address information, many of which are received via EDI.  Unique address book records are not created in JDE.
