Possibilty to link Quality plans with self service work request screen

Hi all,
I would like to know if we can link thea quality plan with eAM work REQUEST Screen , i tried the sme with the work orders and its working but unfortunatly i failed to know if we can have the same
on the Work Request level ..


our requirements, the users want to enter a list of issues on teh work service screen but with tabular format i..e.

unfortunate this is not achievable by DFF as we cant have them in tabular format so i am thinking to use the qyuality plan to accommodate this requiement
