How to modify Addenda Record in R12 - Nacha EFT process

 We have a custom process in 11i, that creates addenda record based on the data in the custom table. How can I implement the same logic in R12.I want to customize the addenda record based on the values stored in a custom table. 
Can I call my custom procedure in the XML template or is there any other way ?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
