How to create dependent LOV in Custom Integrator

Hi Experts,
We are have designed a custom integrator in R12.1.3, now user want the dependent LOV to be displayed in Excel,. E.g Supplier and supplier site.
We havn't found any working document on this, Please guide us to come to a solution.
