Viewing employees from all business groups

Hi,

We have requirement as below

There are 2 business groups ABC and XYZ. When we login with Global Super HRMS Manager, we should be able to see the employees defined in both ABC and XYZ business groups.

We tried the below but still could not find a solution

1) Created a Global Security profile (No Security)

2) Assigned the Global Security to HR: Security Profile at Global Super HRMS Manager responsibilty level

3) Set the HR:Business Group to Yes at site level

But still could not view employees from both the business groups.

Kindly help me in resolving the issue
