 Hi Experts,

While creating bank branch i am facing error as "The following SQL error occurred: ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called."

My DBA followed below mentioned solutions.

1. Increase the pool size, for example: ALTER SYSTEM SET SHARED_POOL_SIZE=350M SCOPE=SPFILE;

2. Restart the database.

And

Complied all PLLs 

but still i am facing same problem.

please give me your valuable solutions.(I am using vision R12.1.3 version)
