FA book name appearing in concurrent requests run in other books

Hi,

We are in version 11.5.10 and have done a rollout, which includes FA module.

We have setup FA security profile and have attached to the related responsibility from Book A.

When I run concurrent request in Book A, its related book name alone appears over there, which is fine.

But when I run concurrent request in another Book B, which was handled in prior rollout, apart from FA book name of B, A also appears.

When I query the OU setup from FA in Book A, using Security > Organiization > Define Organization, in Asset Organization, Book A name does not come by default. But when I query for it, it appears
