backlog data enter in a speedy way

Hello,
I have loaded all the opening data(31dec2012) of different modules AP,GL and it is reconciled.But we go live at 25march2013 and the backlog data(jan to 24march2013) is available for enter in system.Please suggest How can i load backlog data in a speedy way(script or any other solution) except manual data entry which is very time consuming?
