Import Item program

Hi All,
We are supposed to update an Item attribute using Import Items program. (Open Interface). The problem here is the attribute is an organizational attribute and we have many orgs. Hence do I have individually insert records for all the org by passing different org ids or Can I have insert the org id as Null and in the Import Item program pass the parameter as All.
