Gurus,
have a quick question.
We have been upgraded to R20/21 recently and a error message is displayed once a service request record is saved in CRM OD.
I am logged in as a non admin user and records are displayed based on the books i have access to. Workflows assign records to the books based on the organisation that the record was created for.After R20/21, whenever I save a new service record, i get the following error message displayed on the screen instead of the record detail page :

The record you are trying to access has been deleted or has been assigned a new owner and you no longer have access to it. If you deleted the record, it may be accessed in Deleted Items. If you continue to have problems contact your Oracle CRM On Demand Administrator.
