Basic question. Control the length of a note

Hello there,

This is a very basic question I am afraid, but I don't know how to handle it.

On the Contact center, form CSCCCCRC, we need to control the length of a specific type note.

I mean, user can create a new note of this type, but the text of the note should not be more than 50 caracters.

How can we do this through form customization the best way.
