Not all receipts listed in Receipts screen

Hello,

When I perform a query in the Receipts screen for receipts with a receipt date between 01-MAR-2013 and 31-MAR-2013, there 3 receipts are listed in the results.  However, when I query for the receipt date 21-MAR-2013 explicitly, I get a receipt listed that did not get listed in the original query.  Note that all of the recipts in question have been interfaced using standard Oracle APIs.

Has anyone seen this behaviour before?
