Parameter Changes for RAM upgrade

 Hi All,
I have existing production  environment under 10g version which has 16 GB RAM and now  we are upgrading the RAM size upto 32 GB.

1. In order to get effective performance what are steps needs to be done?
2. What are all the orainitparameters needs to be changed to get effected?
3. How much RAM I can use for oracle database out of 32 GB for better performance?
