Retain Document Number flag is unchecked for Line Transaction type

Hello Team,

By mistakenly when i defined Line Transaction Type for Orders 'Retain Document Number' flag got unchecked and now I cant unchange . I have assigned those to Header Transaction type. Secondly for header Transaction Type it is checked. Want to know will it have any negative impact. Is there a need to enddate line type and create a new one. Please reply asap.
