How setup Quality module in EAM?

Hello,

we use EAM for a while. We have diceded that we want to use also Quality module in EAM. I tried to set up this module for EAM, but it looks like some things don't work..

For example I created Quality Plan for WO Completion and defined that if value is between 17 and 20, it will show message to the Operator, but message is not shown in SSM WO Completion page, if I enter qaulity results and condition is met... If I enter the same value via Quality responsibility, I see this message. Does somebody have your own documentation, which steps you did to set up Quality module for EAM?
