Error Using Deployment Wizard - Ports not Available

I am trying to deploy and agent to a new WIndows 2008 R2 server using the deploymnet wizard. Setup-->Add Target-->Add Targets Manually-->Add Host Targets-->Add Host

OMS is also running on WIndows 2008 R2.  All the information on this are for silent installs but I am using the Wizard.  Only caveat is the OMS server is on VMWare and was restored.

Any help would be appreciated.
