Change prompt field name in Core people-enter& maintain form

Hi,

I have China legislation istalled. National Identifer prompt in Peple-Enter & maintain(Core form) I need to change some other value ex xyz number. Is it possible in HRMS. Can someone provide me with the step by step process.
