Implications of Going from Inventory Negative Balances to Positive on R12

Hello Dear Gurus,
We have a client who is requesting to deactivate the Allow Negative Balances on  EBS Inventory R12

We have been on Production since September 2012 and on October they requested to Activate Allow Negative Balances on Inventory R12
Since then they have been working with negative Balances on. Now they want to know what are the implications of disabling Allow Negative Balances option and returning to Positive Balances.

Does Oracle has any documentation or dears do you have any information based in your own experience the implications of going to Positive Balances from Negatives Balances on Inventory R12?
