Multiple Stuck Threads in Portal

 Hi guys,
From time to time, our portal will experience stuck threads issue. In most cases, this will cause the
entire instance to go down such that we are not even able to run a thread dump of the whole incident.
Nonetheless, we will have no other choices but to start up the instance again.

Why is Oracle Portal so buggy and vulnerable despite it is from one of the most reputable companies
in the world ? Is there anything that we can do to prevent further recurrences ?

Pls advise. Thanks.
