Exchange distribution lists and OEM notifications

We've tried to configure an Exchange group (dbagroup.<domain>)  in OEM 12cR2.  I understand that individual EM Administrators have their own email address lists, including pagers, but I want to have a single address to map to our notifications.

My colleague has opened SR 3-7015081131 : "Question regarding email notification in OEM 12c."
  
 "I've created an administrator called "DBA_EMAIL". I've added all the DBA's email addresses to the to the newly created administrator account. I then assign the administrator in the notification section of the incident rule. After forcing the alert, no emails are sent."

I was hoping someone in this forum might have it figured out.
