Performance issues with Spatial queries? How to file the Servie Request to get routed to the appropriate team?
Go to My Oracle Support Page https://support.oracle.com

Click on "Service Requests" Tab
Click on "Create SR" button

You will see section: What is the Problem?
Type in your "Problem Summary" and
type in your "Problem Description"

Below is section
Where is the Problem?
In the "Software" Tab click "Search all software products"
a new pop up window appears
In the "Search Text" field type in: spatial
click on "Search" button
Under Product Name choose "Oracle Spatial"
