error recived on one of our application servers

Hello,

We recieved the errors below on one of our applicaiton servers today.  It caused various issues for all users logged onto that particualr server.  We've restarted our services and appear to be fine but not sure what the root cause was and if it could reappear again.

Any feedback is appreciated.

An unknown error has occurred in the HsvDSDataCubes2 object

An unknown error has occurred in the HsvADMDriverACM object.
An unknown error has occurred in the HsvADMDriverACM object.
