Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Template is populating wrong values

Hi All,

Here is the test case:

On item creation, applying @Finished Goods item template (seeded template in Oracle EBS R12)
Save the item
Navigate to "MPS / MRP Planning Tab"
"Create Supply" Check box is checked even though this attribute is NULL and DISABLED in template
"Repair Program" is populated with "Repair Return" even though this attribute is NULL and DISABLED in template.

There are other mismatches too. I am just mentioning only these two to figure out if this is a known issue and if there is any patch available.
