Reg : iStore Search Functionality

Hello Experts,
In iStore Search/Advanced Search is not working properly.

We are using Category Search as well.While Searching by giving only '%' value it is displaying only 2 items, but there are around 60 items in the catalog.For all those items proper item category is assigned.

Please help me to fix this.
