8.12 Customization Object Analyzer ESU JK22422 is missing special instructions to generate F98881CU

The F98881CU needs to be generated in the System Data Source. There was a Special instruction to generate the table and create the OCM mappings for all release except 8.12. Bug 16569980 was created to include these instructions - the instructions can be found in this solution, until the ESU is rebuilt to include the Special Instructions.
