How to create a DFF Form Personalization based on Condition?

Dear All,

I have a requirement whereby I need to make a DFF as mandatory field if it meet the condition.  The scenario as below:

In Payables - Invoice module, if the Payment Method is Cheque, the user is required to enter the DFF (attribute1). Otherwise user can proceed with the invoice without entering Attribute1.

How can I achieve this by doing Form Personalization.
