Compatibility of Oracle EBS with Windows

Hi,I have a Dell Inspiron laptop which I occasionally need to connect to the clients network and logon to Oracle Applications.
I need to know what version of Windows is compatible with Oracle EBS 11.5.10 and R12.1.3.

I am aware thae Windows Enterprise 7 is compatible - but a retail version with a single user version is not widely available.
The laptop originally had Vista - which I am aware is not compatible.

Is there any retail version of Windows avaliable that is compatible with Oracle EBS 11.5.10 and R12.1.3
