Installation Upgrading ELS 7.0

I am looking at upgrading ELS 7.0. Did a search and found ELS 7.1 & ELS 7.2

There is no great difference (as I think) between them. I think ELS 7.1 is a more stable, don't know.

Knowing I am upgrading the software about every 1.5 years, I am wondering if upgrading to 7.1 is the way to go.

We are running z/OSV1R13, just went to production, no problems with ELS 7.0.

Are there any problems known with version 7.1 or 7.2?
Are there any problems known with veriosn 7.1 or 7.2 running on z/OSV1R13?

What version is the way to go running on z/OSV1R13? 7.1 or 7.2?
