After battery replacement blue led still on

replaced both batteries in 4 6140's all 8 batteries still have blue led lit(service action allowed) all 6140's show as optimal and no alarms.running 7.50.15.10 code. I have replaced multiple batteries in the past and have not seen this behavior.
