Oracle Forms Modernization and APEX?

Dear All,

I review the topic "Oracle Forms Modernization" and found the following information:

The information are mainly until 2009, I would like to know, if there is any new documentation/statements and/or case study available.
In addition, I try to compare different approaches for Forms Modernization:

1- SOA/BPM
2- APEX
3- WebCenter Portal
4- others?
It would be nice, if you can give me your feedback and your experince regarding this matter.
