IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to the way that code is developed with regard to patching and fixing bugs, it is possible that a patch released late in the 11.1.1.6 series, may be “further advanced” than the code that is provided in 11.1.1.7. Likewise, code that is developed specifically for the 11.1.1.7 release may not include the latest “patch code” developed for a bug that was repaired later in the 11.1.1.6 release. Therefore, if you are running 11.1.1.6 with a late patch, you should be cautioned NOT to install 11.1.1.7 until the first oPatch (MLR1) is released for 11.1.1.7.
