Sourcing User Maintenance

Hi,

I would like to ask a question about how people are maintaining their sourcing userbase.

If we setup suppliers to be allowed to submit quotes on the sourcing system utilising the seeded Oracle Sourcing Supplier responsibility.  How are existing users maintaining this user base?  Our customer is worried that their userbase would get out of control if not propoerly maintained and managed.

How are people identifying suppliers that stop using the sourcing module?  Is it simply via the last login date, identifying those users whose last login was prioir to a certain date?

Any experience that users have would be greatly appreciated.
