Need latest patches in our 11i
We are in charge for the to work on the following subject:
‘ Patch Campain: Upgrade the Ebusiness Suite 11i’ at the biggest available level of patches in the same version : EBS 11i
We already do this kind of operation and have some experience on it, and already use the Oracle standard Notes to do this job.
But this time we will also require your collaboration to the next “Patch Campain”
We want from 2013, prepare a reusable process to can do each year at least one or two times this patch upgrade.
So, how can we work in collaboration with Oracle Support to determine the correct list of patches we need to install for each campain.
