Add a tip to DFF segment shown on External Learning page

We are on R12.1.3.

 

In Oracle Learning Management, we use the “Add’l Non OTA Training History Info.” DFF to define different external learning structures (ie; developmental training, certifications, etc) with different segments for each structure.    The flexfield has been added to the External Learning page via page personalizations. 

 

We would like to be able to add a TIP to one of the DFF segments.    Does anyone know if that is possible?
