Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. When to choose Asset Based Ordering and What are benefits of Asset Based Ordering?

I believe Widely Asset Based Ordering implemented in TELCO industries or companies who sells complex products .

But our company products not complex and it is simple products.

So we are debating we should use Asset Based Ordering or not .

My question what Industry best practice implement asset based Ordering ?

Any advantages using ABO with respect to Promotion and Pricing ?
