URG DEV: Consolidated eAM Patch 14017681 created many issues on eAM module.

 Hi, 

After applying the consolidated eAM patch 14017681 , we are facing many issues with the eAM module. ex: cannot create new work orders, cannot query work orders etc...
We would like to know what is the backup plan to revert the modified files in our development instance apart from cloning it again. 

We have suggested DBA to replace the modified files in eAM folder from a test instance to Prod dev instance. They have come back to functional team to find from oracle if we can do that...
