[ARM] Need to clear and update new Profiles in ARM

Need to Clear all the existing profiles in Profile list and upload entirely new profiles.  If I do a replace, that will only replace the existing where the account id is the same, but I we need to do, if we replace, it sounds like it would merge the existing profiles??  We have about 800 profiles that need to be totally cleared.
What's the best way to do that?
