Batch Enrollment - Ending Plans

I currently have an Enrollment Parameter set up so that when an EE is termed, his benefit plan is ended on the Termination Date. This works fine with existing employees. The problem I have is with New EEs. They will be entered with a benefit being starting date in the future. They are not a good EE and get fired before the benefit becomes effective. Being that the start date of the beneift plan is later then the Term date, the plan wont be ended. I now have a Terminated EE with benefits.

 I can't have the same parameter twice with 2 different plan ending dates.
