Requistion Approval History shows Alphabetical Order after Patch 13007735 and 13370924

We upgraded from 12.1.2 to 12.1.3 and applied known issues patches.  The above patches were applied, and now the Approval History is shown in alphabetical order.  It functions correctly  but displays incorrectly.
