Increase space in diskgroup when is unmounted.

Hi guys,
Guys do you know if there is the way increase space in diskgroup when it is unmounted.  It seems DG is maxed out and it does not allow me to mount in order to add some disks.

SMCMD> mount -f UR1RCNR_DATADG
ORA-15032: not all alterations performed
ORA-15017: diskgroup "UR1RCNR_DATADG" cannot be mounted
ORA-15063: ASM discovered an insufficient number of disks for diskgroup "UR1RCNR_DATADG" (DBD ERROR: OCIStmtExecute)
