Matrix Item

Dear All,
I want to make Matrix Item, step that i made is
1. Create Parent Matrix Item   => SHIRT
2. Add Child Item on Parent Item
    - SHIRTMENBLCKS = SHIRT, MEN, BLACK, Size S
    - SHIRTMENBLCKM = SHIRT, MEN, BLACK, Size M
    - SHIRTMENBLUES = SHIRT, MEN, BLUE, Size S
    - SHIRTMENBLUEM = SHIRT, MEN, BLUE, Size M

3. Generate Matrix Item

After that on Item master I can find that all child item was create, with Matrix Controller = 2
and I can see it asmatrix in "Work With Matrix Item " P4101E

Now , I made a new item "SHIRTWMNYLWS" - SHIRT, Women, Yellow, S
I Made in Item Master, with Matrix Controller = 2, and after I save i I can see it on Item Master
