Upgrade to R12 - SLA supporting references not updated for the historical datas

1) We upgraded from 11i to R12 in Feb 20132) Recently we have changed the SLAM in AR, included supporting references to the Invoice Default Revenue journal line types.
3) I could see the supporting references populated to the new invoices created after but not on the transactions that were created earlier or migrated from 11i
4) Please provide your suggestion on how to update it?
