AP Can not Quick Select or select on some LOV after technical upgrade 12.0.6 to 12.1.3

Hi,

We had upgraded R12.0.6 to R12.1.3 (technical upgrade) and we are in UAT, user can not click on select button or Quick Select on 2 LOV below:

1- AP SLA Accounting/Manual Creta Journal : When select Ledger, a LOV displays all ledger but there is no action when clicking on Quick select or select one ledger then click on the button Select

If we put the ledger manually, all the GL Date enter will be rejected cause period not open even the period is open

This situation will stop the decison to GO LIVE next week
