Currency translation in source system or HFM?

Hello,

We are doing a new HFM implementation and considering doing currency conversion in the transaction/source system only and not in HFM.  Has anyone else done it this way?  We only have one source system.  Does anyone do currency translation in both the source system and HFM?  We are concerned that might cause reconiliation issues. Would appreciate your thoughts.
