Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Add a FlexField on the OAF Page Cusotmer Tax Exemption (R12.1.3)

I need to add a new Flexfield (technically 5, but If I know how to add one I can do the rest) to the Customer TAx Exemption Form.

There is a document that explains how to do or you have some suggestions? Thanks
