Oracle Pro*COBOL Programmer's Guide 11g Rel 2, page 1-5

i'm not sure if i chose the correct community. if not, kindly reroute to appropriate one. thanks.

we are migrating our batch environment from 9i to 11g and from UNIX box to a Redhat 5.8 box. we have about 6 COBOL programs and 58 Pro*COBOL programs to recompile.

in reviewing the manual listed in the subject line, it states that the Oracle Universal Installer will create a \precomp directory in the ORACLE_HOME directory and will contain 7 additional directories. we are missing 2 of them: \demo\procob2 and \demo\sql. are these required?

also, the manual listed in the subject line makes reference to Pro*COBOL release 9.2.0. is this correct or is this a typo?
