Contact Import w/Activity

I need to delete a contact. This contact has several activities linked to him. Is there a way I can delete this contact and then import the contact w/Activity ID? I don't see the option for Activity ID in the contact (admin) import picklist. Is there a way this can be done? Reasoning behind this - there too many users on the contact team of this contact. Rather than manually delete all these users, I'd like to delete the contact, import the contact with a singular owner and not lose any data such as activities. Any help is appreciated!
