Contacts w/Activity

I'm trying to create a filter report that will show all contacts w/activities. I simply tried Contact ID and Activity ID - from here I filtered on a contact ID that has activity. When I run the report, No Results pops up. Am I doing something wrong here? I thought this was fairly simple. I am using the Activities subject area.
