Account Details screen - unable to see Payments record from Account Details screen
Background : Upgrade from R11i to R12.1.3
Question: From the Account Details screen , we are unable to see the Payment record from the account. Is this a bug ?
Navigation: Account Details
Enter Bill to Customer name from the search screen
Result: only able to see the AR Transactions but not the receipt information from the Account Detail Screen.
Is this a set up issue or is it a bug ?
