Hi,

Apps 11.5.10.2.
Applying  patch 4607647. Seems to have all pre reqs in place.

Getting the below mentioned error:- Aborted the patch.
Writing change indicator file /eddevappl/devatflappl/admin/DEVATFL/out/changeindicator.txt
